“Generally speaking, fish would be the last thing I order for a dinner when out for the evening, but there was something about the fish pie on the menu, that really whet my appetite and I was not disappointed. The combination of salmon, prawns and blue cod under a puff pastry crust, was simply divine and every mouthful an absolute explosion of taste and flavours.
